Self absorbtion? Are you self absorbed? and if so how to cure yourself.

How to heal yourself from being a self centered person.
I was looking for answers as to why some people are so self centered. So naturally I Googled it and surprisingly there was hardly anything on why people are so self centered sometimes and answers as to how these people can cure themselves from self absorption. Ironically there were hundreds of articles about having a self centered friend and how to deal with them, it seems these non self centered people are very self centered. Instead of looking for answers and solutions they have rather arrogantly attempted to manage their self centered comrades. Anyways, regarding self centered people I will attempt to offer some answers. As a note I am not a psychologist by profession but rather an Attorney. So please bare with me and I would love to hear some feedback.

     I believe that the underlying basis for people being self centered is that deep inside they know that they are not proper. Arrogant and self centered people are aware they are arrogant or self centered. They are aware of this because during the course of their lives they have suffered the pain of loosing friends and relationships because of their arrogant, self centered ways. The question arises, why would they continue to be this way when they know it is so self destructive. Ah if only life was that easy. The problem is that self centered people are aware that their mind is not in order and that something is not right. So their mind becomes obsessed with fixing the problem. That is why they ponder and analyze endlessly. Their mind is aware that there are loving, and caring people out there in the world with healthy friendships and relationships and self centered people desire to be like these people. So the mind becomes self absorbed in order to re organise and clean the itself. The problem is when you are not ordered properly in your mind you don't know what you don't know to make yourself normal. Or correct. This lack of not knowing what you need to know to become "normal" is what causes a general narcissism and more specifically self absorption. Over analyzing things and constantly being paranoid about your behaviour. Your mind is working round the clock to make you right, but it doesn't know where to look. It's like your using a search engine to find out a new Pasta recipe and yet you are typing random words into the search bar. When I use the word "normal" what I mean is normal in your own minds eye. What you view as normal. After all normal is a subjective concept and is different to everyone. The key point here is your mind is being overworked and valuable energy is being wasted. This reduces your energy and your life chances at success.

     Since self absorption causes you to miss social cues on etiquette and behaviour that most people are aware of, it causes you to be further alienated and paranoid. As the pain caused by not having proper relationships and proper functioning friendships gives you a virtual file folder full of painful and harsh memories that again keep your mental hard drive busy. Now your mind is not only trying to make you "normal" it's also trying oh so hard to forget bad memories and remove bad thoughts and put you in a happy productive state. This further ads to your woes as you are now burning tremendous amounts of mental energy in trying to fix your mind, and at the same time trying to forget the very painful, negative and unnecessary experiences your un fixed mind has caused. You turn to drugs, alcohol or other things to give yourself some relief. Or a YouTube, or Facebook  addiction etc. etc. You need these addictions because it gives you relief from the painful memories and takes your minds focus off a constant need to fix yourself. You may also develop an arrogant personality in this situation as you are aware you are not right and thus anyone who tries to help you is hitting a nerve. Its too painful to face the harsh reality and you become defensive and lash out. This arrogance further alienates you and causes more painful memories and makes the mind work even harder and removes the mind and nervous system from it's normal state of relaxation, peace and happiness.  In this state people may take to excessive religious observance to cope with the pain. Also a constant focus on God alleviates the need to focus on fixing yourself and thinking about bad memories. However while these temporary solutions may suffice in the short term they do not solve the problem. While healthy religious people keep God first in their lives, they do not obsess over God, and lead healthy normal lives etc. You are merely sweeping the problem under the rug or looking for temporary solutions.

      As the years go by the person falls further and further behind as their mind is preoccupied with fixing themselves, and avoiding painful memories of that past. Since large portions of the mind are involved in these activities within the conscious and sub conscious realm. The brain power which should be delivering you that Ph.d in Physics or that world Cricket championship is not their. In other words your potential is being lessened greatly.

       The clear minded person is racking up the degrees and the big paychecks with a light cheerful attitude toward life and religion. Now the question is how is this cured?

       As with most great things in life there are no easy answers. However there are effective and concrete solutions that can heal us, and make us better stronger people. I will now offer a litany of these solutions, each individual one will have a drastic impact on your life, however combined can radically reform you into a productive and unstoppable human being.

1. Make an absolute commitment to personal development. Personal development is no longer something which we can choose to put into our lives or not. It is a must, in today's highly developed world, you must make a life long commitment to personal development. This means looking at the masters such as Tony Robbins and Wayne Dyer and beyond. The reason this is so important is because your mind is self absorbed with fixing itself, because your conscious mind is aware that your sub conscious mind is not right. That means a huge part of your conscious mind is wasting valuable energy looking for what is missing, when it doesn't know what its looking for because you lack critical knowledge. This is enough over the years to drive someone to become mentally unstable.

     When you make a personal commitment to personal development you are basically saying I acknowledge their is something not right with me. However instead of ignoring it and letting my mind run all over the place I will narrow the scope into the Bull's eye of personal development. When you look to the masters in the field of personal development you will start to slowly but surely get better.

2. Now the root of the problem may stem from your childhood. You may have been neglected as a child and raised by MTV. Since you were neglected you simply absorbed a lot of filth and trash into your mind. Also you were never guided to the path of personal development. You never had a coach as your parents never enrolled you in any sports or anything else that would have developed you more. I am not here to blame your parents as they did not know any better. They may too have suffered their entire lives. Now is the time to look forward and be positive. You are about to embark on an awesome journey toward happiness.

     Remember since you were never guided by anyone personal development may feel weird to you. It's not, it is normal and healthy to be committed to personal development. Also if you were neglected by your parents or guardians you have two problems. You never really had a positive and loving relationship where you should have had one. Two you have probably absorbed an inordinate amount of filth and junk into your mind. After all we are surrounded by filth, and garbage virtually exploding out of our TV screens 24 hours a day. Therefore as I will state later, as kids we had a very low level of consciousness and simply absorb whatever was in front of us. We needed to be told right from wrong. However if we were neglected by our parents we never had this in any significant way. Therefore the task you have to do for me is this: You have to make a commitment to guard and protect your mind from all filth.

     Since you are self absorbed which usually comes with a slew of other character flaws. It has most likely caused you to lead a semi charmed kind of life. You may have had no significant external sources of good pure attention and love. Maybe not even from your parents, so therefore for now in the short term you must immediately terminate all filthy comedies, rap songs, and relationships with toxic people. On top of this you must fill yourself up with positive music, movies, preachers, and personal development coaches. You may be so filled with the toxic filth of society that it actually may cause you mental pain to pull yourself away from it.

     Remember none of this means you are abnormal etc. Tens of millions of people are suffering in silence as I write this. You are truly a child of God, normal and beautiful. You will immediately start to change and become a better person as you rid your mind of all the garbage and filth coming into it. It is interesting how no one ever asks me, what exactly should I stop watching. Everyone knows what is bad for them etc. Yet they were almost in a trance like state watching and viewing destructive filth on end. Just taking this simple step will reform you significantly, you will start to fill your soul up with goodness and become more loving and caring then you ever were before. However your journey is just beginning.

3. Now your relentless commitment to personal development coupled with your forfeiture of negative media, and indulgence in positive media will start to have a significant effect on you. As you get better your interactions with people and places. will become happier and healthier. Your conscious mind will now have a lot to work with as you now know a lot about personal development. Your mind will even make connections between information so you can start to create and invent yourself. The masters like Wayne Dyer and Tony Robbins will guide you through it. As you become a better person, the stress on your mind will be greatly reduced. Your brain will now have a file that has a lot of knowledge with regards to being a good person, and it can easily search this or think about this for answers, instead of expending large amounts of energy taking stabs in the dark. Also as you become a better person you will be able to make new and better friendships. Your trail of failed relationships and bad friendships which caused your brain endless amounts of anxiety and worry will start to fade away and be replaced with healthy, loving and caring relationships. A trail of fond memories and potentially exciting moments in the future will occupy your brain.

      With new loving relationships in your life, and with your mind having a lot more knowledge on how to act right your life will improve greatly. Your mind will expend a lot less energy worried about past failed relationships and a lot more time experiencing happy moments which fuel your energy. As a note do not say to yourself, that since the happy moments I had when I was a child just happened there is something unnatural or weird about willing important and beautiful memories into your life. Remember when you were a child your level of consciousness was a lot less. You never had the level of thinking and will power you have right now. Now that you are an adult with a high level of consciousness and will power you should use this to your advantage. Will great moments and great memories. Value and cherish your beautiful friends and family. If you show the will power to go out there and do it, God will manifest the happy experiences for you. I sincerely believe if you take a step toward happiness God will make the way for you. You got to take the step though!

4. Remember when you were at the stage where your life felt out of control you began to associate even going out with negative and painful feelings. You started to enjoy staying at home and being in the house because it was safe. You knew you couldn't get hurt at home. Now that you are a new person absolutely committed to personal development, and now that you are using your will power and positivity to create great moments and friends the negative association of going out should fade. You should start to rack up positive and happy experiences by going out. Remember God has mapped every moment of your life and it is his will you have these experiences! Enjoy them! You should start to look forward to and get excited about going out with friends and creating happy and healthy experiences of love and friendship. These happy experiences as they build up will create a huge and awesome file in your brain called happy experiences. These will energise you and make you excited, and give you energy which will spill over into your professional life too. Your brain finds it harder to dwell on past negative experiences as the newer more exciting experiences of happiness, love and friendship are all the more awesome!

5. KEEP The momentum going! Don't slack on your laurels once you see a large improvement in your life. Keep going, keep building, keep your mind towards abundance. Keep moving remember the righteous man's thoughts are toward plenty as it says in the Holy Bible.  In Islam Muslims often say God is great. Remember if you truly believe God is great then do and achieve great things. Keep the momentum going, remember happiness isn't a place, its a way of life, THERE IS NO WAY TO HAPPINESS, HAPPINESS IS THE WAY!

6. As you start to not only achieve a normal life but rather an exceptional life from your commitment to personal development, and clean living your mind will no longer feel that their is something "wrong" with you. Your mind will start to feel you are not only normal but that you are exceptional! your self esteem and self respect will began to solidify. Arrogant boasts as a result of deep seated feelings of inadequacy will no longer be necessary. As the world acknowledges your exceptional quality and character. You will become calm and relaxed. Your previous experiences of pain and misery will keep you humble. Remember your commitment to personal development also means a commitment to humility. God is now showering his blessings on you and you must remain committed to God's way in order for the blessings to continue. Now that your own mind has declared you exceptional your mind has now stopped relentlessly searching itself and absorbing junk from the outside world to heal you, or just as bad absorbing junk music and movies from the outside world to take your mind off painful memories from your past.  

     Remember your body heals you when you are wounded, your mind also tries its darn best to heal you when it feels something is mentally wrong with you. You do not will or even notice your body healing itself, similarly you may not even feel your sub conscious mind expending large amounts of energy trying to heal you. This is another release of massive energy as your mind is no longer obsessed with you, and healing you, and sucking in massive amounts of useless information to find answers, you are calm and at peace. Your intelligence and focus explode because now your mind is operating at 100%. Your wealth and happiness explode. Your absolute commitment to personal development and willingness to create happy and positive experiences has given you a windfall of benefits. Remember now you are no longer self centered as your mind is not trying to heal you anymore. Now is your moment to get awesome blessings by helping others! Now you are probably pretty wealthy due to being focused and energetic.

7. Helping others and giving back to others will be an awesome experience, you are no longer obsessed with fixing yourself you are now obsessed with helping others and do not think of yourself much anymore. There is no need to think about yourself anymore. Would you spend time thinking about fixing a car that was running perfectly? Obviously not! as a mechanic as soon as a car is fixed you start to think about fixing the next car!  Now life gets even better, because previously you filled yourself up with love through experiencing positive stimulus from religious preachers or good poems and other positive stimuli. Now this is all well and good, however at the stage where you become a giver you start to receive direct positive stimuli. People who are directly benefiting from you start to give you love and appreciation. Your soul becomes filled in with more love and goodness.

      As said before what comes out of you is what's inside of you. As your soul starts to get even more filled up with love and happiness, love and happiness start to come out of you even more, you become an even better person. Giving back to others is fundamental to experiencing and creating true love and affection between human beings and to win God's favour. You are now far from being self centered, arrogant or narcissistic. Most of your time is spent thinking about the well being of others and your energy level has exploded. Remember THIS IS A LIFE LONG COMMITMENT. They say Solomon was the wisest man who ever lived and he had a relentless commitment to learning and knowledge. He would say choose knowledge over Gold and Silver. The beautiful words of the Holy Quran command us to learn from cradle to grave.

Happiness: 10 ways to have a happy day, Everyday!

    Some of the greatest writers on the issues of spirituality have come to the conclusion that those who know how to condition themselves to feel good and upbeat everyday can become great successes. In fact some say that this is the fundamental difference between a winner and a looser. Now why is this so one may ask? Well because if you waste your time and energy on negative thoughts and ideas not only do you waste valuable energy focusing on something that is bad for you, it also drastically decreases your energy levels. You could become up to 50% less productive then someone who is always conditioned to be happy. Now to loose a day or two may not be the end of the world. However if you are continuously in negative states for large portions of your life, the effect those feelings have on your chances of success are monumental. That is why it is important to make a commitment to personal development now!

     Since millions and millions of us find ourselves taking pills or drugs, and having other addictions just to cope it's important to know how to focus on happiness as a way of life. We must look at practical and pragmatic things we can do to make ourselves happy every single day. The narrow scope of my article will focus on just those things in the general order of the day.

1. Before you go to bed make sure your geared toward getting a good night sleep. It's very important that you sleep well because a good night sleep is super healthy for your mind body and spirit. Do not listen to anything that pumps you up in the evening because it will keep you up. Similarly avoid all sugar content etc. Make sure your mind is peaceful and serene as well. Focus on happy and relaxing thoughts. You do not want to toss and turn in sub conscious anguish as you sleep. Remember make a consciousness effort to be calm and relaxed before sleep, and make it a ritual so your mind gets accustomed to it. That way your mind will be conditioned to sleep at that specific time. Try to sleep early enough that you don't have to deal with the excessive pressure of waking up early. In other words do not stay up till 3 am if you know you have to be up by 9 am. Do not depend on the alarm clock, use the alarm clock as a fail safe mechanism, not something that jolts you out of bed. Remember having a good night sleep and sleeping with positive and life fulfilling thoughts will leave you pumped up and excited for the next day.

2. Surround yourself with positive things in your room and living space. Our conscious and sub conscious minds are absorbing things in all the time. We spend hours of our lives in our homes and rooms. It's important that the people and pictures you see in your room are uplifting. For example if you put a picture up of your favorite rapper, Ask yourself is that productive? does this rapper preach about death and violence or happiness and joy? In other words put pictures up of your heroes, sporting legends, spiritual teachers or great intellectuals. Another great thing to put up would be religious sayings such as "do unto others" etc. Being constantly surrounded by these positive and awesome words and pictures will give you that energy boost you need to be ultra productive. It will also condition your mind to associate your room with happiness. Your sleep will be easy and well as when you wake, seeing Michael Jordon slam dunk a Basketball or Lionel Messi dribble a Football will infuse you with energy.

    Also there is a lesson here. A lot of people would say come on bro! I don't want to look like a nutcase! people may see my room and think what's wrong with you, why do you need all that. Remember be humble, say to yourself I am a normal well adjusted human being full of love and positive feelings, However I want that extra edge in energy for me to truly reach my awesome potential and I am willing to do anything it takes and humble myself and not give too much importance to what others think. This is key, you got to go through with this stuff no matter what people think or say. You have to be mentally tough! and if your not you need to get mentally tough but I'll leave that to another article.

3. After you wake up, make sure your room is in order, and that you can get on with your day. It's important that you dress your best and feel your best. That means adopt the standard of where you are. For example where your from a dress shirt, mustache and mop top may be the epitome of manliness. However ask yourself is it the same standard where you are now? For example in some societies deodorant is not necessary but in others it is an absolute must. One way to throw yourself off the vibration frequency of happiness and create an awkward environment for yourself is to dress and look below standard. Generally most good people will not judge you for not being the most attractive person in the world. However with regards to controlled variables prepare to be judged. Keep yourself clean and wear awesome and fitting clothes. You will notice an immediate difference. Make being clean, and dressing well a way of life.

     Do not, I repeat do not listen to those people who say, that your being superficial! Some of the greatest spiritual teachers of all time demanded proper hygiene and clean clothing and appearance. I know certainly my religion tells me that. Also how a person carries themselves on the outside tells a lot about what's going on on the inside. For example how many homeless people do you know who smell and dress nice? Zero you say! Well you may say most homeless people are mentally ill, or sick! That's exactly my point, not to be harsh on the homeless but we associate in our minds mental illness and sickness to people who are shabbily dressed and smell bad! So make sure you are the opposite.

4. Do affirmations, what you say to yourself and what you think about are key. It may happen every now and then that your mind may drift to negative and useless thoughts. About a past that is long gone and over to everyone else in the world but you. You got to make sure you continuously train yourself to ask positive questions. Questions that continue to stimulate you towards positive emotions.

     Thank God for technology, these days most if not all modern Cell Phones will have a voice memo option, if not buy a voice recorder. Use it to say to yourself positive affirmations, or even lines in movies that Pump You up. The more you do it, the more these affirmations will become tattooed on your brain.

5. As these affirmations will get tattooed on your brain so will negative stuff. If you don't have the desire to be a pimp or a murderer, and I think that's all of us then don't listen to filth that promotes that garbage. If you listen to that trash enough it will get tattooed on your brain and become apart of your sub conscious mind. Sooner or later these negative thoughts may completely pollute your mind, and cause you to behave in ways that are simply not you! So guard your mind, I know it sounds cliche but I am being honest. Remember trash for your mind is like trash for your body. You got to ask yourself is enjoying the taste of a Big Mac for 4 minutes worth a lifetime of poor health and an early death? Similarly is watching filthy movies, or listening to offensive music, worth it? Is a 3 minute song with a catchy beat worth a lifetime of trying to clear the garbage out of your head, and sub conscious impulses that lead you to do things that really aren't you!?

6. Use yelling and shouting, and aggressive movements to keep you pumped up and in state of happiness. I know some of the Muslim faith pray in congregation. Should you go to the prayers with droopy shoulders void of any excitement or say to yourself now is my chance to talk to GOD! I am pumped for this! use the prayer to put yourself in a happy and receptive mood! God will hear you if you ask him with all your heart and mind! So use your body, play sports, and do aggressive movements that shake you up. There is no way easier to get depressed then to droop down your shoulders and have a frown. Dream about the person of your dreams walking up to you with a smile and saying hey love! whatever it takes as every happy moment is a victory.

7. Keep God first, now wait you may say, I'm a Hindu or I'm a Buddhist, well it really does not matter. Whatever religion or non religion you belong too and whomever you worship keep them first. I find a belief in God to be one of the most relaxing and positive beliefs possible. Also to you atheists out there keep in mind you do not have to be right all the time! Believing in God is a belief that is good for your mind and soul so believe if it makes you feel better! Sometimes its not about what the facts are or what is right but rather what helps our lives.

8. Avoid "Brawling", now what the heck do I mean by brawling. Well brawling is a phrase that I have personally coined so it's mine. What Brawling is, is unnecessary fighting or being argumentative. Brawling is based on the ego and can be both negative or positive. Okay okay, so negative brawling makes sense but how do you brawl in the positive you may ask?! Well have you ever met those guys who come up to you and say HEY!! How's! IT GOING! On the surface it appears they are being really nice and friendly but something just doesn't feel right? Well the reason it just doesn't feel right is because their super friendly attitude is based off their ego, and their sub conscious mind feels they are superior to you. That's why it turns you off. Their sub conscious mind is saying "look at this lowly person!" I'll show them just how cool and superior I am! This rubs people the wrong way. So please avoid this at all costs, both negative and positive brawling. That is acts based on a sub conscious or conscious feeling of superiority over others that is based on your ego. Rather whether you want to give loving constructive criticism or be extra talkative, friendly and gregarious make sure your inner and sub conscious emotion is based on love, friendship and kindness. That way the positive vibration you give out, will speak more then any words. Remember 90% of all communication is non verbal. When you do this people will feel your goodness and they will instantly respond. You can manifest friends and relationships this way, that will last. When you are extra friendly and gregarious your loving vibration will instantly emotionally connect to the one your speaking too, and if they themselves have love and goodness inside will connect right back too you.

      As a note something else that is beautiful about this disposition is that you can spot evil people and avoid them. Ever heard the phrase "like attracts alike" That's it my friend! Your loving caring disposition will attract the same in the sub conscious of another despite what they are trying to show you consciously! Ever know someone in a relationship and you say what ever happened to Sam, or Julie, and they say! He/She wasn't who I thought they were, they were complete douches! Well, this is because you were fooled by their conscious demeanor, you thought the act they displayed was them, and maybe your own vibrations were also negative. Remember like attracts like and you manifested that energy in your life so maybe your no mother Teresa either! Okay so if your attracting negative people into your life take a good look at yourself and make sure your inside becomes more full of love and joy. Eliminating the negative people from your life is one sure fire way to make sure every day you have is full of love and happiness. You must first be filled with love and happiness to attract that into your life.

9. Give to people, give people your time, energy, and things of value. By giving to people, you are reaffirming your own identity as a good and loving person. You are also helping others and deriving the self respect that comes from being useful. However I would say most importantly when you give to others it shows your thoughts are focused on others. One of the ways to make sure you feel bad is to be self obsessed. This brings me to point number 10.

10. Finally think about other people, do not be a self centered narcissist, being a self centered narcissist is one sure fire way to guarantee you are unhappy, and good people will pick up on this vibe from you and avoid you like the plague. A way to definitely force yourself to think of others is to give. To give means you must put time, and effort in trying to know what someone wants, you must focus on the means to get something for someone else. When you stop obsessing over yourself you realise the world has moved on from your problem, and it is just you who cares about it. To everyone else it is buried in the past. So make sure to focus on other people's well being. If you have a wife or girlfriend, or boyfriend or husband, make sure you get them something they love, and it will make your relationship all the more stronger.

     Luckily for us, there may be 100 more ways or 1000 more ways to ensure you have a productive, positive and happy day everyday. However these points I feel are the basics. Mastery comes from doing something which appears easy over, and over again till you become exceptional at it. In other words while reading and having these points outlined to you, may make it seem easy, you got to do it! You got to stick to it and keep it up!. There is always a new way to design your room to make it even more conducive to happiness. There are always new styles and ways of dress as well. New technologies to help you on your way, so keep at it! Good luck I sincerely wish you the best!

MONEY! It will make your life better. Here's 8 Reasons why.

     It's a common saying that the Love of money is the cause of much evil. However if you've been to the third world, you certainly know the lack of money is what causes much misery. So people need to know what money can do for them. People need too see how money can change their lives. This can motivate you to create more wealth and money. This will alleviate some of the unhappiness in life. Of course money can't buy happiness, and it can't bring you closer to God or make you a good person. However the reality before capitalism and after capitalism will be that money makes the world go round. You can lie to yourself and pretend you don't want or care about money, hell you can lie to others as well. The fact remains we need money, and we need to make money to live like human beings. Some people approach talking about money like talking about sex. That talking about having and making money makes you a greedy ruthless pig. You often find these feelings in religious people when talking about sex, which makes them feel like sinners etc. However like sex, money is an integral part of your life, and something necessary which can bring fulfillment to your life and happiness. I wanna list 8 things that people can do with money or feel by having money that can make their life and other peoples lives better.


1. If you have allot of money you can donate the money to charity. As we all know this world is full of need and suffering and there are allot of poor people. If you have money you can actually make a difference and donate money to the suffering people of the planet. If you alleviate the suffering of even one child was not the money spent totally worth it.

2.  With money you can be a builder. With money you can build hospitals, schools, daycare centre's, and other things which benefit society on the whole. Money can build safe and proper homes, police stations, and libraries. All these things are good and money is necessary for them. Make money and you too can build these things. I know my hero Pakistani cricketer Imran Khan built a cancer hospital in Pakistan. How'ed he do it? Through raising, you guessed it, MONEY!

3. Money provides relief from stress!, not just your own stress but the stress mothers go through who can't afford to pay their bills. The stress a family go through when they can't afford to put their child through school or pay their child's medical bills. Money relieves all this kind of stress. Money allows people to go to the Universities they want to, or travel to the nation of their choice. Or to see a doctor etc. All these things are healing and stress relieving! Wouldn't you want the money to relieve the stress from your loved ones?

4. Freedom! Money gives you freedom, the freedom to buy that good book you just read. The freedom to fly to your favourite country, the freedom to buy what you need and want. The feeling to buy your loved ones what they want! Money gives you the freedom to live your dreams, and to help your loved ones live their dreams.

5. Money gets you the finer things in life. Everybody wants good quality stuff, it feels better, lasts longer and functions better! Who wouldn't want an IPhone 5 over an old IPhone 3G etc. Wearing the best clothes and fragrances makes your quality of life a whole lot better. Makes you feel better and makes you perform better at work. By investing in yourself, you will feel better, work better and generally be happier. The people who make those awesome products work day and night to bring you an awesome experience in the market. Isn't it smart to purchase those awesome items and benefit from them? Of course it is, that's where money comes in. Also these businesses benefit as well. Even people who sell Porches need to eat. That is where you come in!

6.  Money helps you build and create beautiful things. Step 2 stated you can be a builder and build the necessities of life like schools, hospitals etc. However money is what can let you build the master pieces in life. The Blue Mosque or the Taj Mahel were all built with a tremendous amount of money! If you wanna build the biggest and most beautiful mosque ever to inspire the believers to worship, you need the money to build it! If you want to inspire your coreligionists you need the money to build houses which are worthy of worship.

7.  Money can help you get the women or man you want in your life! Hold on, no that's not what I mean!, I mean have you ever seen someone who you thought was beautiful and perfect for you, but you had to hear the little voice in your head saying "I'm simply not good enough for her or him". You think if only I had a gym body, or a law degree etc. I could measure up to that person. Don't get me wrong, what's inside is what counts! How loving you are and caring is always most important! However, how you dress, and how you look does say allot about what's inside you! People who takes care of themselves and have the money and time to look and present themselves to the world in a beautiful way show the world, that they have certain standards about appearance and looks. Also you can lie to yourself that looks don't matter, but I believe that to be bullshit. So money can get you that gym membership you need to be your best self. It can get you that new wardrobe that makes you look awesome, and it can provide the income necessary to shop at the Whole foods store, so you can eat healthy, loose weight and prolong your life! Money helps you get the person of your dreams!

8. The wealth you have is a reflection of how useful you are. There is a reason Kobe Bryant is rich! Its because he is super valuable as a Basketball player etc. So thus if you have wealth it says that you are very useful to society in some important way that someone is willing to hand over massive amounts of cash to get your services. Money is an indicator of your value to society!

10 Questions to ask yourself every morning that can transform your day into one of Happiness.


Every Happy Moment is a Victory!
         Often morning time is the worst for most people. Some people are morning people and some are not. However to give ourselves a positive association with morning time we need to take matters into our own hands. Often we dread going to school or work, because our state of mind is hopelessly trapped on negative thoughts. The question arises, how can one program their mind to focus on the positive? One such way we can program our minds to be positive and productive has to do with the questions we ask ourselves on a daily basis. I must thank the legendary Anthony Robbins for helping with these idea's and I highly recommend that you listen to and purchase anything Mr. Robbins is selling about personal power as I found it to be tremendously useful. However, I am hear to list 10 things we can ask ourselves every morning and should ask ourselves, to condition and program our minds for positive thinking. Every good feeling and positive emotion is a victory in itself remember that. You could be a floor sweeper, but if your life is constantly filled with positive and fulfilling emotions and happiness its a life worth living. However even if you are an emperor but your life is constantly filled with negative emotions and you dwell on negative thoughts the quality of your life will not be as good as it should be or as good as it could be.

    Now again the way we program our mind is by the questions we ask ourselves on a day to day basis. The mind is sort of like the google search engine, whatever you ask it, it will give you an answer so it's important we ask ourselves thoughtful and powerful questions that make us feel good, and give us the energy we need to face the day. We must make it a habit to ask these questions because remember the brain is like any other muscle. When it is worked out like a muscle is, in a positive sense it will continuously get more powerful to the point where literally hundreds of positive and reinforcing questions will become habit forming.

   Now lets move onto the questions but before I do I need to some some important things. I am not here to judge people or to question beliefs. Atheists and non-believers are entitled to have good and positive feelings like everyone else, my goal here is not to judge but rather to help everyone and anyone who wants it. Also remember sometimes its good to take a pragmatic approach to belief rather then a matter of fact approach. For example, if you believe that having faith in Buddha makes you feel better, however you may doubt his existence. Maybe you should reinforce that belief because it makes your life better, and gives you energy. The belief works for you, rather then you working for the belief. So please remove any limiting beliefs, they are usually negative and counter productive.

 Now onto the questions:

1. I am really grateful for God's love, and I appreciate everything God has given me, I am so thankful for it all really and truly. Why does God love me so much? How come God has given me everything my heart has desired? With regards to this question it will force your mind to think of all the positive things which have happened in your life and for you to appreciate God. Your brain will answer, because you are  a good honest person, your brain will try its darn best to find answers as to why you are lovable giving you good feelings of happiness, and energy.

2. Why is it that my family loves and honours me so much? This is pretty self explanatory and the reasons are similar to the last question except replace God with family.

3. How come I have been blessed so much in life? What special plan does God have for my life?

This will give you a divine purpose and continuously reinforce the idea that you have a pre ordained destiny from God, this will help you find meaning in the negative parts of your life, and look forward to fulfilling your Godly destiny.

4. How can I help people today? This question will take your mind off of yourself and help you realise that being a good person is basically worshipping God by serving humanity. It takes away from the more narcissistic aspects of religion.

5. How can I increase the love and happiness in my life today? We often think about how to increase our wealth obsessively however, this thought seems to be energy sapping. As wealth has no inherent value outside of the way it makes us feel. Increasing the love and happiness in your life will give you the energy and happiness to continue to perform well and as a by product your wealth and health will greatly increase. Think of ways to be a better friend, husband, son, or daughter or wife etc.

6. Think about something you want materially and ask yourself how am I going to obtain that?
Materialism is not totally bad, and can be good. We must use the best products in our lives to maximise our success and happiness. Sometimes asking yourself how am I gonna get that Ferrari or IPhone 5 etc. can motivate us, and make us excited about the future.

7. Ask yourself about what future plans you have with regards to your friends. Sometimes hanging out with friends can be a waste of time. However always have an object in mind and ask yourself what you want to accomplish whenever you go out. This way, hours of wasted time will not occur when you do hang out with your friends. If you want to laugh and enjoy go to a pub or watch a movie that has allot of comedy. Asking yourself about when you will going out with your friends and what the outcome you want is when going out will give you something exciting to look forward too on your calendar while also giving you some healthy productive aim to accomplish like laughing with your buddy, or praying with your buddy, or simply enjoying some nice coffee with a friend.

8. Ask yourself questions about how to make UN exciting things like working out or studying more exciting and entertaining. For example no one really wants to work out that much. Especially when we're new. You see working out is allot like making money. When you have 1 million dollars its easy and fun to make the second million. Who doesn't like walking into a bank with a couple of hundred grand in your checking account and watching the tellers face light up when she looks at you. Inside you have the proud feeling, "Yeah that's right I'm Ballin!" you say to yourself. However its that first million that's so dog gone difficult to get. That first million where you gotta bust your hump 12 hours a day, and no matter how good your plan is, your really not sure you'll get there. Well working out is the same, yeah if your ripped and look awesome every moment in the gym is your time to shine. However when your skinny or a bit chubby like me, its a whole nother story. So the key here is asking yourself questions which will make rather uncomfortable situations more comfortable. For example if I say to you " Get yourself to the gym now!" you may be pumped up initially but loose focus once there and feel pretty bad because you can't compete with all the built people. However if I say hey! I put 10 of your favourite tracks in your iPhone, and got you awesome portable headphones, maybe you could work out hard to your favourite tunes. I have now slightly added to the positive experience of the gym so you may find it easier to get a better pump. That's why it's so important for us to ask questions and seek answers on how to turn very important however not so pleasurable things, into things we derive satisfaction out of. Remember every moment of happiness is victory itself.

9. In many religious texts it says "ask and you shall receive", now this is sort of what I am getting at however. We must ask with a plan, we need to have a plan so our mind can focus and find what we want, therefore ask questions as specifically as you can. You can say "Why am I so out of shape?" which is the worst thing you could ask yourself. You could say "Why don't I go to the gym more often?" which is slightly better, instead of focusing on the problem your focusing somewhat more on the solution. Or you could say "How do I turn my gym experience into something positive and exciting?" which is allot better. However the best thing you could ask yourself, is, "How do I download the 10 amazing itunes that I love so much when I'm in the gym so I can rock to my favourite music and get an awesome work out!?". This question is very specific and offers a complete solution and puts emphasis on the positive solution to your initial question.

10. Finally ask yourself, about who you truly are, get to know yourself and what you want out of yourself, this way, you can easily determine where you want to go and what you want out of life. An entire essay can be written on mostly all of these questions however this is a start to waking up in the morning and feeling positive and energetic and achieving your life's aim.
